My name is Carly Harding-Jones and I am a KG Hypnobirthing Practitioner and a hypnobirthing mum. I am also a doula and qualified aromatherapist, as well as studying to become a reflexologist and breastfeeding counsellor.
I offer hypnobirthing courses across West London, including Chiswick, Acton, Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing, Kensington and beyond.
I started my journey by overhearing about hypnobirthing classes and I soon booked to attend at 7 months pregnant. I had no idea what to expect and was apprehensive about my imminent birth and motherhood. I could never have imagined having the tools to feel as confident and calm as I did in the lead up, during and after my birth.
My own positive and empowering experience gave me the desire and confidence to further my learning by becoming a teacher. I felt so passionately about the antenatal, birthing and postnatal period that I decided to change career entirely.
I dedicate most my spare time to research within the birth world and never bore of listening to mothers and mothers-to-be. It really is a privilege to support parents and families at this important time. I enjoy studying and can often be found essay writing and researching for continuing personal development.
I believe in a healthy mind, a healthy body and I like to advocate for mental health awareness. Alongside this, I love being outdoors and can often be found in the park with my pooch, talking about essential oil benefits or socialising at the nearest cafe!
It would be a pleasure to walk this incredible and fulfilling path with you.

'Carly is very passionate about birth and teaching about it. She is very positive and has great energy as well as being really knowledgeable.'
'I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you about our wonderful post-natal doula experience with Carly. I contacted Carly in the run up to baby number 2 as I was conscious that we were in need of a bit of support and mothering. I had little experience of bringing a small baby straight home from the hospital (our first baby spent 3 weeks in NICU). Carly was very sensitive and empathetic towards our personal circumstances and experience. We were quite unprepared for the emotional and practical whirlwind of bringing home a tiny baby and the blur of colic, feeding and sleeping patterns, not to mention hormones, recovering from a c-section and change of family dynamics; all of which Carly supported us with. She has been an invaluable source of emotional and practical support for the whole family. She is a great listener, asks open questions, encourages you to find your own answers. She is very calm and considered and is very knowledgeable about birth, the post-natal period and breastfeeding; all of which is evidenced-based and is underpinned by detailed esearch and continued professional development. She supported me in hospital in the days after my c-section and then at home, helped me to become comfortable with caring for a small baby, provided breastfeeding support, helped us with tasks around the home, bonded with our older baby, listened and gave us confidence as a family, and many more invaluable things... I only wish we'd had her around when our first baby was born :) - Deborah, 2nd-time mum
